Between July 4 and 14, 2025, SAC airstrikes killed thirteen civilians and injured thirty-one others, damaging over 60 buildings, including a hospital, two schools, five shops, a hotel and a resort in areas of Hsipaw, Mogok, Kyaukme and Nawngkhio townships which have been under the control of the Ta\u2019ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) since 2024.<\/p>\n
On July 4, at 10 pm, a SAC aircraft dropped two bombs on Myo Lae Quarter and Taung Quarter of Hsipaw town. One bomb dropped on the town hospital and another bomb dropped on the Agriculture Office, damaging over 10 houses.<\/p>\n On July 6, at around midnight, a SAC jet fighter dropped bombs on Ye-U Quarter in Kyaukme town, damaging several houses.<\/p>\n On July 8, at 9:10 am, a SAC jet fighter dropped two 500-pound bombs on Gaung Ubar village section of Mogok town, killing three civilians, injuring five others, and damaging ten houses and a private school.<\/p>\n On July 8, at 9:30 am, a SAC jet fighter dropped two 500-pound bombs on Nyeinchanye Gone and Quarter 1 of Kyaukme town, killing one civilian, injuring four others, and damaging ten houses.<\/p>\n On July 8, a SAC jet fighter dropped a bomb on Shwepyinyunt village, three kilometers southeast of Nawngkhio town, killing a 50-year-old man.<\/p>\n On July 9, at 8 pm, a SAC jet fighter dropped two 500-pound bombs on Panmahteik village near Mogok town, killing five civilians including three children, injuring two boys and six girls, and damaging several houses.<\/p>\n On July 11, at 3 am in the morning, a SAC jet fighter dropped three 500-pound bombs on Kyaukme town. One bomb dropped on the police office, damaging three houses; one bomb dropped on Kawli Hotel, killing one person and injuring three others; another bomb dropped in the forest near the town.<\/p>\n On July 11, at 3 pm, a SAC jet fighter dropped two 250-pound bombs on Say quarter of Nawngkhio town, damaging six houses, and dropped two 250-pound bombs on Kyauk Kyan village, five kilometers west of the town.<\/p>\n On July 13, at 6 am, a SAC jet fighter dropped six bombs on the western edge of Kyaukme town. Three bombs dropped on Peinhnekone village, two bombs dropped on a primary school (Ar-Ma-Ka 13 School) between Man Nar and Kyauktawng villages, and one bomb dropped on War Sor temple road. The bombs injured one woman, and damaged the school and seven houses.<\/p>\n On July 13, at 10:30 pm, a SAC jet fighter dropped a 500-pound bomb on the Gurkha village close to Panmahteik village, near Mokok town, injuring eight civilians (four male and four females, including three children), and damaging seven houses.<\/p>\n On July 14, at 6 pm, a SAC aircraft dropped two bombs on Taung Myo Quarter of Hsipaw town.
